About the Event
Join us for a class lead by a biochemist and baker extraordinaire, as we learn to use sourdough starters to create delicious gluten free cinnamon buns.
From making the dough to rolling, to baking and making the whole library smell delicious, you'll get the know-how to go home and make some for your family (or just yourself, we don't judge!)
This program is by donation, and there will be some gluten free and regular sourdough starters for sale for $6.00.
